Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the outside of Reykjavik Capital Area and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays,
08. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
09. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of submitting your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged if applicaple.

11. Condition of Items
It is accepted that garments offered are vintage items and as such have been worn and are not new unless stated. So remember to celebrate the charm etched on every beautiful piece. The sartorial secrets of the past can sometimes be hidden in the patina of well worn leather or a faded cuff. Most pieces you purchase here are in great condition and still have a long life ahead. Almost all the faded sparkles will still shine. Though we provide you with accurate information about the condition of our clothing, we ask you to remember that these one of a kind garments have stood the test of time, but sometimes have the scars to prove it!
12. Cancellation or Amendment of Orders
Because we run a automated order picking, packing and dispatch system with out external warehouse, we cannot make any amendments or cancel orders once they have been submitted, as they are already on their way to you. However you can still return items within 14 days if you are unhappy with them once they arrive.
If you want to cancel your contract with us, please contact us via instagram dm Montana.rvk quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you. In this case we will issue you with a full refund. Please note you will need to return the entire order at your cost once you receive them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. All goods are inspected on their return.
13. Returns
We really hope that you are thrilled with your purchases from Montana Rvk. Should you wish to return any of the goods that you have purchased from us, there are a few important steps that we need you to follow. You are able to return your goods to us in person or by post. You have 14 days to return your goods to us, from the date you receive your parcel. Please inform us of return via Instagram dm us as soon as possible.
Please note, all returned goods must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return goods to our warehouse, the goods and their conditions are your responsibility. When we receive returned goods, they are inspected and evaluated from pictures and descriptions. We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered in our warehouse though this may rise slightly during busier times. Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an email once your refund has been processed. We abide by all Distance Selling Regulations and our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
